Barre to Bar
Barre to Bar is a full-body toning class designed to leave you feeling strong, energized, and ready for a night out. This low-impact, high-intensity workout blends barre, Pilates, and strength training, focusing on small, controlled movements to sculpt and define.
This class can be tailored to match your group’s energy, with an optional curated playlist to enhance the experience. Designed for all fitness levels.

Designed to challenge and energize, Yoga Sculpt blends the mindfulness of yoga with targeted toning exercises for a balanced and effective workout. The class can also be tailored with a customized playlist to match your group’s energy and preferences.

Designed to improve posture, balance, and muscular endurance, this class is suitable for all fitness levels. A customized playlist can also be created to match your group’s energy and preferences.
