Yoga Sculpt

This dynamic class begins with 15 minutes of yoga-inspired movement to build flexibility, focus, and breath awareness. From there, the workout transitions into a full-body sculpting session using light weights and resistance bands to enhance strength and endurance.

 

Designed to challenge and energize, Yoga Sculpt blends the mindfulness of yoga with targeted toning exercises for a balanced and effective workout. The class can also be tailored with a customized playlist to match your group’s energy and preferences.​

Yoga Flow (Stretch & Strength)

A rejuvenating and empowering class that blends deep stretching with strength-building movement for a well-rounded mind-body experience. The session begins with a gentle yoga flow designed to improve mobility, release tension, and connect breath to movement. As the class progresses, dynamic strength exercises are layered in—utilizing bodyweight, light weights, or resistance bands—to build stability, tone muscles, and support overall functional strength.

Perfect for all levels, this class offers a balanced approach to flexibility and fitness, leaving participants feeling grounded, strong, and refreshed. The experience can be further personalized with a curated playlist to suit your group’s vibe and goals.

Matt Pilates

This class focuses on controlled, precise movements to build core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body alignment. Using bodyweight exercises and optional resistance bands and weights. Mat Pilates targets deep stabilizing muscles for a challenging yet low-impact workout.

 

Designed to improve posture, balance, and muscular endurance, this class is suitable for all fitness levels. A customized playlist can also be created to match your group’s energy and preferences.

Abs & Arms

This high-energy class is all about sculpting and strengthening the upper body and core. With a mix of bodyweight exercises, light weights, and resistance bands, Abs & Arms targets the shoulders, biceps, triceps, and core for a balanced, toned look. Expect a dynamic mix of strength training and endurance work designed to challenge and energize.

 

Perfect for all fitness levels, this class can also be customized with a curated playlist to match your group’s vibe. Whether you're looking for a fun pre-event workout or just want to feel strong and confident, Abs & Arms delivers.

Barre 

Kick off your event with a energizing Barre class! This full-body workout blends the toning moves of barre with light weights and resistance bands to shape and sculpt your body. Expect a mix of core, legs, arms, and glutes exercises designed to lift, tone, and tighten.

 

Perfect for all fitness levels, this class gets you feeling strong, refreshed, and ready for mimosas and avocado toast. Plus, you can opt for a curated playlist to match your group’s vibe and keep the energy high.

Personal Training Private Classes:

Book a private (5 people or under) personalized fitness class. Ability to request songs/playlist themes & the style of class:

Schedule a fully private tailored class for your needs. Instructor can travel to you or use private yoga studio.
